1. Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance:
Subject to the guidelines outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy, we offer returns for most items within 7 days post delivery. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for any reason.

- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
